Meet La Shelle Washington
There are several activities that occupies most of La Shelle`s free time. One of her favorite pass times is cooking and baking. With two sons, she found herself spending a lot of time in the kitchen and enjoying it. She is known among family and friends for her extensive Holiday baking. Her other passion is traveling. Together with Melvin and Michael she has enjoyed seven cruises and she makes it a point to visit as many different countries as possible. Probably from her experience as a Flight Attendant, she has been bitten by the travel bug and passed the passion on to her sons. Her everyday activities include a daily early morning workout, and playing tennis as often as possible. One of her goals is to attend all four Grand Slam Tournaments. One down, three to go!
My Beliefs
La Shelle believes that Real Estate acquisitions are one of the most important and probably the most lucrative assets that most people possess. Therefore, her goal is to have her clients completely at ease during the buying or selling process. She accomplishes this by listening and exceptional follow-up. "A lot of my clients become life-long friends. After spending so much time with them during the buying or selling process, it`s hard to let the relationship go. We`ve enjoyed each other`s company so we continue to see each other long after the deal is done."
My Background
With over twenty years experience in Real Estate Sales, La Shelle`s journey to the field was a bit unorthodox. After assisting family members with different Real Estate transactions, she found her niche and resigned from her Corporate Aerospace position. While working in Southern California with a high end boutique firm, La Shelle concentrated on an upper middle class neighborhood and became the dominant Realtor in the area. Through her marketing activities, she became acquainted with and recommended to Professional Athletes. Although the Luxury market is one of her specialties, she finds great joy in assisting first time buyers.
